  • Rhett Bartlett is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas and the founder of Bartlett Law. Over the course of his legal career, he has held various roles, including positions at the Texas Attorney General's Office, serving as a prosecutor, and practicing law privately. Initially focusing on criminal law, Rhett garnered experience by handling felony convictions at the state level and prosecuting a diverse range of criminal cases. In an effort to expand his practice to encompass a broader spectrum of legal areas, Rhett established Bartlett Law as a general practice firm.

    Raised in the small Texas Panhandle community of Canadian, Rhett gained firsthand appreciation for the principles of integrity and industriousness. He pursued his undergraduate education at UT Austin, earning a degree in finance, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law. Following law school, Rhett graduated from Yale University with a Master of Public Health in health policy. During his time in law school, Rhett also had the privilege of serving as a law clerk for U.S. Senator John Cornyn on the Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington D.C.
