Bartlett Law is a criminal defense and civil litigation firm. Based in Houston, the firm serves clients in Harris County and the surrounding counties — Montgomery, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, and Waller — and throughout the State of Texas.
The firm's structure defines its approach. Bartlett Law deliberately limits the number of matters it undertakes, taking only cases it can prepare thoroughly and try if trial is what the case demands. There is no handoff to an associate and no case manager between you and your lawyer — every matter is handled personally by the attorney, from the first confidential consultation through resolution.
