Rhett Bartlett is an experienced trial attorney and founder of Bartlett Law, PLLC, representing clients in high-stakes criminal defense and complex civil litigation matters throughout Texas. Before founding his own firm, Rhett served in the Texas Attorney General’s Office, worked as a prosecutor with a District Attorney’s Office, and practiced insurance defense litigation, giving him experience from multiple sides of the courtroom. He has represented business owners, professionals, public figures, and individuals facing significant legal challenges.

Rhett earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, his Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law, and a Master of Public Health from Yale University. While in law school, he was selected as one of only two Texas law students to serve as a law clerk for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee under Senator John Cornyn.
